About MealModus

MealModus is a halal and Tayyib-focused food network that connects customers with independent food partners, caterers, chefs, restaurants, and suppliers. In many cases MealModus acts as a coordinator between you and a third-party food partner who prepares and fulfils your order.

Enquiries, quotes and orders

• Submitting an enquiry is a request for information — it is not a confirmed order.
• Menus, pricing, availability, delivery coverage and timing are confirmed after enquiry and may vary by location and partner capacity.
• An order is only confirmed once we (or the assigned food partner) confirm details and any required payment in writing.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown are indicative starting points unless confirmed in a written quote. Final pricing depends on your requirements, location, and the assigned partner. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order.

Halal and Tayyib

We aim to work only with partners who share our Tayyib values. Halal status is stated as confirmed or as subject to supplier confirmation. We do not claim halal, organic, certified, or other attributes unless verified or clearly stated as subject to confirmation.

Food partner responsibility

Food is prepared and supplied by independent partners who are responsible for food safety, hygiene, allergen handling, and meeting local legal requirements. MealModus coordinates the arrangement and selects partners against our standards but does not prepare the food itself unless stated.

Allergies and dietary needs

Always tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when you enquire. While we pass this to the partner, you should confirm suitability directly before consuming. See our Allergen Notice.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific terms confirmed for your order.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealModus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the current version.
