Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, changes, and refunds work for meals, catering, meal plans, and corporate orders arranged through MealModus.

General principle

Because food is freshly prepared by independent partners, cancellation and refund terms depend on the order type and how close it is to the preparation or delivery date. The specific terms for your order are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Catering and event orders

  • Cancellations made well in advance of the event date may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any deposit, depending on the partner’s terms.
  • Once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun, deposits may be non-refundable.
  • Date or guest-count changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

Meal plans and subscriptions

You may pause or cancel an upcoming cycle before its cut-off time. Meals already prepared or in progress for the current cycle may not be refundable.

Corporate orders

Corporate and contract orders follow the terms agreed in your written quote or agreement, including notice periods for changes and cancellations.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact us as early as possible at hello@mealmodus.com or via WhatsApp with your order details. We will confirm what applies based on your order and the partner’s terms.

Issues with an order

If something is wrong with your order, tell us promptly so we can work with the partner to put it right. Remedies may include a replacement, partial refund, or credit, depending on the situation.
