Tell us about allergies

Always share allergy and dietary information when you enquire. We pass this to the food partner, but because dishes are prepared in independent kitchens, you should confirm suitability directly before consuming.

Cross-contamination

Many kitchens handle common allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, and shellfish. Even with care, the risk of cross-contamination cannot always be fully eliminated. If you have a severe allergy, please discuss it with us and the partner before ordering.

Halal and Tayyib

Halal status is stated as confirmed or as subject to supplier confirmation. We aim to work with partners who follow Tayyib values — clean, wholesome, lawful, and transparently sourced food.

Food partner responsibility

Food partners are responsible for food safety, hygiene, allergen handling, and accurate ingredient information in line with local requirements. MealModus selects partners against our standards but does not prepare the food itself unless stated.

Your responsibility

Please check the food on arrival and confirm it meets your dietary and allergen needs before consuming, especially for vulnerable individuals.
