• Supplier/partner details — business name, food categories, certifications and coverage, when you apply to partner.
• Technical data — IP-based region (for showing the right country page), browser type, and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange meals, catering, meal plans, or corporate food through trusted food partners.
• To match your request with a suitable, verified food partner and confirm availability, menus, pricing, and timing.
• To improve our service, website, and communications.
• To meet legal, food-safety, and record-keeping obligations.

Sharing with food partners

To fulfil your request, we share the relevant details of your enquiry with the food partner(s) best suited to serve you. We share only what is necessary to prepare a quote or fulfil an order. We do not sell your personal information.

Messaging and WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp or submit a form that opens WhatsApp, your message is handled in line with that platform’s own terms in addition to this policy.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and order information only for as long as needed to provide our service, meet legal obligations, and resolve any disputes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
